Giving us the go ahead & paying for your translation once its ready

Giving us the go-ahead

Once you have received our free of charge quotation and you want us to carry out your translation, you can give us the go-ahead and the details of your current address for our invoice, by either telephoning us on +44 (0) 1628 890516, sending us an email to translations@marlowlanguagecentre.co.uk or faxing us on +44 (0) 1628 475515.

All orders are taken in good faith and once you give us the go-ahead, either verbally or in writing, your order cannot be cancelled for any reason. Your order is treated as being mutually binding and payment is due when we notify you that your translation is ready.

When do I pay?

Unlike a lot of translation companies we do not ask you to pay us anything until your translation is ready. We do not ask for any up front payments.

How do I pay?

When your translation is ready we will send you an invoice either by email or post and you can then pay us by selecting any of the options on our Secure Payments screen.

Payment options

For all non-corporate clients we accept payment by all major credit cards, PayPal or MoneyBookers and for corporate clients we also offer payment by bank transfer or cheque subject to prior agreement.

When will we send you your translation?

We will send you your translation together with a receipted invoice (if required) the same day we receive your payment.

after-sales service

Our responsibility for your translation does not cease once we receive your payment.

We always stand by the quality of our work and in the unlikely event that you have a query regarding the accuracy, content or style of your translation we will always do our best to rectify any perceived discrepancies.

Although we do not give refunds, we will always correct free of charge any omissions, errors or inaccuracies, which are not picked up by our rigorous quality assurance procedures, providing you bring any such discrepancies to our attention within 14 days from the date of our invoice.

Since our translators work on many different projects, it is simply not practicable to expect them (or us) to remember intricate details of projects more than 14 days after they have been completed. For this reason we regret that we cannot deal with any queries relating to our work once the above 14 day deadline has passed.
